This incredible Spessartite garnet cluster from Oyo Nigeria boasts vibrant mandarin orange hues to which the presence of Manganese is responsible. Oyo Nigeria has produced large quantities of fine clarity spessartite garnet since around 1999, but not many of this caliper. This is truly a prime example of a rare Spessartite Garnet specimen anyone would be lucky to have in their collection. Coming in at an impressive weight of 692.49 cts and measuring 65x50x17 mm., this piece not only displays perfect vivid color and a very unique crystal structure but also is exceptional in size.
